We Open Doors
For purposes of finding a suitable tenant we:
  • Show Property

Our Fees:
  • To place a resident: one-half month's rent
  • To manage on an ongoing basis: Seven percent (7%) or more of
    the monthly rent (fees are fully tax deductible)
  • For an unmanaged property: additional placement is 1/3 months
    rent within 2 yearS- After 2 years additional placement is 1/2
    months rent.
  • For a fully managed property, additional placement of residents
    within 2 years is $200
  • For a fully managed property, additional placement after 2 years
    is 1/3 months rent
  • Late fees are retained by the management company
