Katherine "KG" Phillips, Broker-Was born in Elizabeth, New Jersey and grew
up in Linden, New Jersey. She made Santa Rosa her home in 1967 and she
and her husband raised their two sons here. KG started Key Properties in 1988
and has successfully been helping Sonoma County buyers and sellers for 27
years. Her expertise is in income, rental and residential property. She has a
Masters Degree in education from Rutgers University and a JD from Empire
Law School.
Constance Bennett-Realtor- Was born in Ontario, Canada, and moved to LA
in her teens. Graduated with a Masters from UC Berkley 1974. Constance has
an extensive background in Marketing. She achieved her real estate license in
1989 on the Peninsula and also sold real estate in Marin County. Constance
has been with Key Properties since 2002. She specializes in Staging homes
for all her listings. Her business is called Staging Solutions 707-933-1423.
Marie Canale-Realtor-Was born in Kanakanak, Alaska. She was raised and
educated in San Francisco & the Midwest. Marie raised her family of five
children in Santa Rosa, she now raises grapes in West Dry Creek, Healdsburg.
Selling real estate since 1982, Marie specializes in residential, income and
country properties, as well as mobile homes. She remains active in community
issues.
Cathy Carroll-Realtor- Was born in New Orleans, Louisiana. She grew up in
San Francisco, relocated to Marin and began her Real Estate career in 1987. In
2000 Cathy bought a home in Santa Rosa she started working with Key
Properties, the agency who assisted her in acquisition. Cathy has raised 4
daughters. One of her daughters live in Santa Rosa. Her real estate expertise is
residential, finding specialized properties, and mobile homes, conducting
business in many counties in the area. She is also a Notary.
